If you received a defective or wrong product or quantity, please email us images of the product at infouk@wearmedfit.com or call us at 00447964101835 within 72 hours of delivery.
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. We also accept returns if you do not like or want the product, but only if the name is not engraved.
Yes, you can return products if they are unused, and the cards are intact and without engraving.
We assure quality and color fastness. If the color bleeds, we accept returns. Our products do not pill and have professional stitching.
Shipping & Delivery

Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you have missed both attempts, your order will be cancelled. Your payment will be refunded within 10 days of order cancellation, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Unfortunately, the address cannot be modified after the order has been processed because your order has already been dispatched.
